Hi there,
I would like to calibrate a Bosch Temperature Sensor NTC M12 i am using for my coolant temp, connected to a Haltech PS2K ECU. I have read the data sheet from Bosch showing its resistance at different temperature ranges. I have used a 1K pull up with a 5V, do I use a voltage divider to give me voltage inputs for the ECU calibration?
I did try it, see below. Looks good, just wanted to make sure that I am on the right track. I haven't done this before.
Thank you.
Yes, just calculate the current through using the I=V/R equation then multiply current by the resistance of the sensor to get voltage. Your numbers are correct.
Awesome thank you very much Andre :)
