Hello, i have a new-built 3 cylinder two stroke 1000ccm turbo snowmobile. I use a Link G+ Storm ecu. Engine have 3 primary injectors and 3 aux injectors. I have tp/rpm map for it now. Before i start making boost i need to set up the aux injectors. This engine have pore wakuum signals.
What will be the best way to make tables and mapping for this? Each cylinder have one trottlebody with two injectors. The snowmobile will be used for dragracing....
While I don't tune 2 stroke engines, there's a couple of suggestions I'd make. First up with a turbocharged engine you're going to want to have 4D mapping with TPS and MAP as load inputs (I can't off the top of my head think of a reason why this would differ on a 2 stroke engine?). As for the secondary injectors I'd simply run them staged using Link's staging strategy. You can stage the secondaries in based on manifold pressure and you just need to monitor the duty cycle of the primaries and stage the secondaries to ensure that the max duty cycle stays under control. Fortunately for drag racing you're primarily interested in the WOT performance which makes life a little easier.
