Hi all,
Owner of a supra mk4, previously running fine with aem serie 2 ecu. Built 2jz gte non vvti, single turbo, injectors, dual fuel pump, ign1a coils, etc ..
I bought an haltech S3 + S3 to mk4 adapter harness to keep the oem loom.
I installed it, configured my dpo and everything starting from haltech S3 2jz gte non vvti base map. When trying to set my base timing, timing lights shows nonsense and I got P1305 (unknown trigger pattern), I double checked my wiring, crank and cam sensors are where they should be. I also use the cam sensor G2 as the haltech uses this one to synchronize. Oscilloscope shows signal on both sensors (trigger and home).
Looking at this page haltech 2jz trigger info and comparing to the S3 base map, I put "ground reference enable" and the trigger activation is by default set to 0. Does this make any difference ? Also the cam sensor is a reluctor type why put "custom" ? not reluctor ?
Do you guys have any advice ?
