Hi,
This might be a bit of a noddy question as I am very new to tuning and the concepts surrounding the subject.
Why do VE tables on an NA engine only go up to atmosphere? I was under the impression that airboxes could be designed to slightly pressurise the intake air.
Many thanks,
Simon
If you have an airbox that can generate positive pressures then you'd need to expand your axis to cover this, usually on car engines you'd struggle to reach such a state due to intakes and engine bay design, on a bike engine this is a bit easier to achieve due to the restrictions of the engine bays and body panels not being there
Thanks for confirming what I was thinking.
Simon
