Setting up a ve table on plug and play link in rx7 s6 fd3s with id1000's for primary injectors id says 1015cc at 3 bar but when checked on

flow bench@3bar do about 750cc injectors are genuine and work fine in car just want to set up the ve table right ,but at a loss what to put in so table can be set correct for future changes and correct staging

cheers Andre

Typically I find the ID1000 test pretty close to 1000 cc at 3 bar. 750cc is a lot lower than I've seen from these injectors which would make me question the test equipment or the way the test was performed, or there is an issue with the injector. To give you a comparison we have just gone through the process of upgrading the injectors in the injectors in the 350Z to ID1000. I used all of the data supplied by ID and the VE table lines up pretty well with where I'd expect this engine to be.

It's important to understand that the data you're entering is getting towards the very pointy end of precision and accuracy and the actual data such as dead time values and short pulse width adders vary slightly depending on aspects such as the injector drivers in the ECU - For example the data that Motec supply for the ID1000 is very marginally different to what ID themselves supply. My understanding is that ID use an Mx00 to drive the injectors for their testing while Motec use an M1 which has a superior injector driver.

In short I would recommend using the supplied data from ID in its entirety. It's going to be very close even if it isn't absolutely 100% accurate in your installation.
