What all do you use for knock detection devices/software/hardware/diy/ etc…?

I'm using two things- stock knock monitoring system on Mitsubishi vehicles and HKS AFK detector for the rest...
I have a Phormula KS4 and Link Knockblock, most of the time I use the Link unit as the built-in battery makes it more convenient
