putting together k20/24 engine with drag cartel stage 4 cams. can you degree the exhaust cam only? since the intake have the vtc actuator.
Yes. You should also be able to time the inlet camshaft too, as it will have a default/reference timing point, but as I'm not familiar with that engine I can't advise on the correct proceedure.
