Trying to watch the course that I paid for not working
i have passed this on to management to take a look thanks for the message
Gus, what device(s) are you using, and what app' and/or browser - that's kinda important information because there are a LOT of options out there...
For example, some older "smart" TVs don't support some media players - my "smart" TV is around 5 years old, but it doesn't support the specific media software used by my preferred motorsport provider, although it's fine for everything else - I have to use a PC to decode it then send it to the TV.
Hi Gus, I'd suggest you try watching the courses using the latest version of Chrome as a browser. We find this to be the most stable and reliable. If you can't get it sorted out then please email support@hpacademy.com and one of the team will try and get to the bottom of what's going on. This is certainly not a common issue we have so I'm sure we can get you up and running!
Mine have disappeared or are hard to find too , & i have a brand new updated phone . I've watched half my cources, now the " my cources button is nonexistent.
Del,
This isn't my area of expertise, but I'll do my best to help.
When browsing to hpacademy.com on my phone via a web browser, I see member sign in at the top.
I sign in, then I click the three horizontal lines at top left, which is meant to indicate it's a menu.
From there the first item viewable is a big button "MY DASHBOARD", click that.
From the dashboard you should see "My Courses" as one of the clickable links near the top of the screen.
Please let me know if this works for you.
If it doesn't, please let us know what you're specifically experiencing when you attempt my recommended steps. Please also send screen shots so we can better understand what you're experiencing.
We'll make sure we get you back to your courses!
For those using a computer, there is more screen space available, so the My Dashboard button is always visible up top of the screen.
Don't forget to check you're actually logged in, too, as even on the same device (PC) I've had to re-log in several times. It was something of a "WTF?" moment before I realised that was all it was.
In case it helps, any time you log in with a device, all other devices logged in with the same account get logged off.
This is because you can use as many devices as you want, but you can only be logged in on one device at a time.
