Any recommendations on setting up launch control for an automatic with say 3000rpm converter. Turbo LS 1000hp
Basically you're going to find that as the engine builds boost and therefore makes more power/torque, the rpm at stall will start to climb. You can deal with this by using a simple secondary rev limit but of course you can't incorporate retard or you'll have trouble getting the engine up onto the converter initially.

i worded it poorly. I am more talking about traction control for the launch. Was liking the rpm limit vs speed as per your tutorial but harder to do with an auto due to the slip.
