I was tuning a customer car today, he does not have any speed sensors on the vehicle. We are trying to set up launch control, but I am only seeing speed based controls for launch control. is there a way to deactivate the launch control based on time or throttle %?

A clutch switch is the other most common alternative. Watch the worked example and you'll see how this can be utilised.
