Just started into this and just would like for someone to look it over and see if there's any red flags.

The only items I'm struggling with is setting up knock control. I am thinking of trying to set cyl 2,3,4 knock table gain to .80 as the stock knock sensor is between cylinder #3 and 4 with 4 always overshooting with cyl1 always being the lowest as it's the furthest away from the sensor. I have seen Andre's knock control webinar focusing on the g4x ECU

I already made those changes to the knock control strategy on the tune I've uploaded

also just before the high threshold on cyl 4 on one of the logs the AFR's struggle to keep up with the fast application of throttle, more throttle enrichment needed? It's almost a point off on lean side just before the spike on cyl 4. I already have asynch injection on at .5ms do I need to add values to accell sense table at higher rpms?

Also, I'm running the stock 370CC injectors at 4bar, I've set injector setup to 400kpa rated fuel pressure at 370cc, should I use 427cc instead at 400KPA or leave it at 370cc? I had to redo the VE map to get good afrs doing it this way. Should I have left the rated at pressure at 300kpa and just set cc to 427?

The reason I went back to 370cc injectors vs the 550CC injectors (ebay knockoffs, and ebay knockoffs redrilled) I had was that I could not find the injector dead times for them and on tip in and throttle application the car would lean spike then settle at correct AFR, not an issue with OEM 370cc's.

For the knock control I would change the window start to 20deg after ign and the length to 40deg, this will get the window away from the TDC piston slap and reject a bit more noise. You may still have to balance the individual cylinder gains a little more. Note using the internal logger with the knock channels logged at 50-100Hz gives you better detail than the PC log which only does 40Hz max and may drop that depending on how hard the laptop is working. But, you really also need audio knock equipment to confirm if some of those big spikes you are getting are in fact knock or just noise.

For the injector set up, the setting for "injector rated pressure" should set to whatever the 370cc rated was tested at. I would say for Nissan it would more likely be rated at 300kpa.

For the accel enrichment the general lambda trace doesn't look too bad to me. Be aware though you have zero in the sense table from 4000rpm up so you wont get any enrichment above that. Most of the fast throttle stabs in this log are above 4000RPM so there is not much accel enrichment going on.

Great thanks for the tips on Knock control, I will make those changes, as far as audio knock equipment, which ones do you recommend? Hopefully not to expensive that.

So I went ahead and set the injector setup to 370cc and 300KPA then on the fuel map I set the Base fuel pressure to 400KPA (running the 370cc at 4bar instead of 3)

I was thinking that no accel enrichment is needed above 3500 rpm with Asynch fuel turned on? should I set a minimal amount at least? Basemap had accell sense values of 10 accross the board but lowered it to 2 up to 3500rpm per recommendation on help file not needing as much with asynch on. I will set it to 2 across the RPM band and see results. thanks! I think 2 across the board should help with what I'm seeing AFR's lagging at higher rpm
