Tell us a little about you. What cars you are interested, where you are from and why you are interested in learning to tune.
So who am i?
Well one hot summer 29 years ago my mother made birth of a little boy in south of Sweden, his parents named him Pontus.
Pontus grew up with people who loved cars and he became a petrolhead.
Once graduating as a mechanic during the summer of '08 there was a recession in the economy. Work as a mechanic was hard to find, so he applied to the university and became a IT-consultant.
During his time as a student he worked on his own Volvo 360. Turbocharged it and installed a Megasquirt. Many sleepless garage nights and many failure to understand basic electronics he finally got it to work. Got it tune to run down the street and sent it away to the dyno.
This was the start of a new chapter.
He found out that EFI and especially EFI tuning is a fun way to work on cars and started to install standalone EFI systems in other cars.
he then started to work at an IT company and life just went on.
A couple of years later he found HPacademy and bought a Maxxecu V1 for his ´98 Eclipse GST and installed know he wan'ts to tune his own car with the knowledge he gained through the years and the courses of HPAcademy. Hopefully without blowing up the engine ;)
