Tell us a little about you. What cars you are interested, where you are from and why you are interested in learning to tune.
Hello From Kent,Washington United State. I was originally born and Raised in the Los Angeles Area for the longest and had recently moved up here to WA State to start and raise a family, father of two kids.Just like everyone else in here I have enjoyed working on cars. But growing up it’s always been being shadowed by another person’s ability and or not having the chance, knowledge, and or confidence to embark on your own journey to learn on dissecting and rebuilding a car engine.
The cars I have own in the past. I have owned a 1991 Nissan stanza, stock just for daily driven, Owned a black 1993 infinity G20 with a transplanted Gti-r Sr20det Motor with Cams upgrade, and lighten Under drive pulley, tuned with piggyback SAFC 2 tuner, also daily driven. Unfortunately had to retire the car prior to my move to Washington State to start a family. Currently I own 2 Toyota Corollas 2007 and a 2006 Pontiac Vibe. I will eventually be inclining to modify one of the 1zzfe engines in the Toyota’s.
The reason I am taking the HP academy online course is to really learn and dig deep into learning the entire process of tearing down and rebuilding a car engine and tuning it.This is always one of the things I have always wanted to do and learn. And just simply be submerged with a wealth of information that Hp has to offer. I would also hope one day teach my two kids on engine rebuild and tuning when they are old enough.I think just reading up on how well you guys have educated enthusiasts from around the world and offering great information. I really want to learn everything about car engine rebuild, tuning and modifying and just learn and keep learning the areas on this subject. So far just watching and noting the modules on the practical engine fundamentals and practical engine build I have learned so much. Just your courses is giving me the opportunity and knowledge to rebuild my own automotive engine at my comfortable pace. You all are just great at explaining things in details. Thank you Ben and Andre and everyone else at HP academy for offering this course. I’m so very very thankful for the courses available.
