What's up guys my names Nate and I'm a diesel mechanic for a construction company, but I've been wrenching for the last 20 years. Had back surgery recently so with my time down and out I'm using the opportunity to finally jump in both feet into tuning. Its something I've always wanted to do as I use a lot of different diagnostic software and read type software. I like to look at the data in real time already so a lot of the diesel stuff i knew but once it got to actually tuning I'm so lost. Currently drive a tuned 15 F-150 ecoboost, tuned by 5 star tuning but I want to do it. Hopefully this forums more helpful than most other tuning forums. Hope to hear from some of you guys soon!!

Welcome Nate! I have an Ecoboost F150 myself which I've left stock except for the tune in terms of engine performance. With just a tune it becomes faster than a truck reasonably needs to be and hauls my car trailer like a champ. Happy learning and tuning!

I have aspirations of making it more, Id like to do an intercooler, piping and and intake to get those iat's down and turbos eventually. I come from the import tuning world so this truck stuff is all new to me, its fun though.

Right on. Since I tow with it, I decided to stick with the stock intercooler as any upgrade will cause the coolers behind it to suffer.
