Man, feels nostalgic to be posting on a car forum again...

My name's Josh Gibson, I'm a master mechanic (if in name only) and the training director for two Daimler dealership groups. ( Diesel Mechanics)

I like turbos..a lot. So I went and made a career out of working on turbocharged trucks. I've been into Supras for about 23 years....kinda.

I got my 88 Manual, Turbo targa, in 2000, picked up another hardtop 88, and didn't have a project car until about 2 years ago when I picked up a clean, auto turbo and wanted to see how long it would take to get it where I had my last one..turns out it was about 3 months vs 3 years. ( Manual swapped it too. ) Then I went and accidentally built a racecar. About a month ago I located and imported my dream car, a 93 Supra NA-T/ Cd009 swap.

Electrical and electronic diag is kinda my bread and butter ( I'm a glutton for punishment) so it only makes sense to charge into the next thing that intimidates me, which has been tuning. I just worked through the EFI fundamentals courses, and am blown away by how well it was done and broken down.

I'm here to learn as much as possible and help where I can, if I can.

Welcome! Great to have you.
