Hi, i just wanted to know if its possible to have a throttle blip in a GPA package on a M130.

Thanks

No, Gear Shift functions (Engine Speed Match, Throttle Blip) require GPR, a sequential gearbox and Drive-By-Wire throttle control. If you don't have drive-by-wire, then Engine Speed Match allows your driver-initiated blip to hit the perfect revs.

It's GPA with DBW. And now a sequential box that the customer wants me to get it to work with his current package.

I would upgrade to GPR to get the Blip / Engine Speed Match. You will also need a way to know that shift is occurring (switches or force/strain gage on the shift lever / shift linkage), and a gear position sensor on the gearbox.

+1 for upgrade to GPR

Thanks guys. I'll get an upgrade for the custimer sorted.

You can also trade in the GPA license for the GPR License as well, this gives you a credit of 80% of the value of the license being traded in to apply against the new license.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
