Trying this again

The fixed lower mount McPherson strut is not covered in the module. Fixed as in the stub axle is part of the McPherson strut tube and not adjustable but it does have an adjustable spring perch. What is more advantageous droop, bump or ride height when all 3 are altered by moving the spring perch? Or should the 2/3’s bump be set and then track tested and shock travel measured and if the is sufficient travel lower the car and if not fit higher pressure springs. Thanks.
