How do I go about getting a printed hard copy of the certificate of completion for the courses I've completed? Is that something HP Academy offers and can mail out or do i have to take the PDF files to a store for printing?

Hope you enjoyed the courses mate =)
This isn't a service we provide as we don't print anything ourselves, however your local print shop will be able to do this for you or if you're in a small town even the local library will be able to print them off, and also possibly laminate them too if you wish.
Outside of that you will be able to get an online company, or one out of town, to do it for you and post through though as well for much cheaper than if they were coming from here in New Zealand too.
