if anyone is not aware, microsoft (the people behind windows) are really terrible people who are now recording everything you do and every piece of your data against your will and feeding their AIs with your data again AGAINST your will.

the reason i am writing this post is to ask the community 1, is there any linux users here? and 2, are there linux compatible tuning software?

below is a video covering recall, for everyones privacy and safety i highly suggest giving this video a watch.

is there any way we could get the devs of tuning software to make versions of said software, compatible with linux or atleast "wine" on linux?

something id personally like to see is haltech and hp tuners make versions of their stuff compatible with many distros of linux like debian/ubuntu etc, however i think that it might be easier for the devs to just make their software compatible with wine, although i cannot say for certain; im still kinda new to linux

I was surprised to see that HP Tuners didn't have software for Linux. Most all software you can get has some sort of Linux or Chromebook software (Exp. FreeCAD, OnShape, FireFox). As far as I know no tuning software has a Linux compatible software. I like you would also love to see some software be made though. Wonder if anyone in the community has any ties to said tuning companies that could make something happen.

dakotaedward44 yea, i hope theres more linux users here though because more demand makes it more likely theyll do it

I think TunerStudio and MegaLogViewer will both run on Linux. With TunerStudio you can communicate with MegaSquirt and RusEFI ECUs.
