Hello all, I gave a mercedes C350E of year 2016 and the temperature gauge shows that the car is overheating but the temperature falls as we accelerate (as the revolution increases the temperature falls accordingly)

Kindly help, how can i start the diagnostic?

Going off the "Coolant" in the bottom right.. have you checked your coolant levels? If that's low that might explain what's happening...

Could be many things, from afore-mentioned coolant level, to faulty pump(s) , fan(s), sender units, wiring, etc.

Check on-line for how to check for error codes, or see if you can find someone with a OBD2 scanner that's compatible with the vehicle, and see what that indicates.

Hello all, I have run my diagnostic tool and got the following codes. The coolant level is good and i also used the cooling system kit and put 20psi on the system for 10 minutes. I lost only 0.2psi during that lapse of time which shows that there is no leak pn the system. But the initial problem of when i accelerate and the temperature rises persists...

The code suggests a failure of an electric water pump, or the electrical system that supplies it.

More often the issue is the pump itself and it needs replaced, but I would test the pump and wiring before buying parts.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
