I'm looking at the buying a Vibrant thermostatic sandwich plate as it has 1x 1/8npt port on where the regular Mocal doesn't, the billet Mocal does but is $50 more. They only sell it with a 180f thermostat though, I know Mocal has high temp(92c) that can be purchased but isn't listed.
As far as the thermostats themselves how interchangeable are they, does anyone have a link to a catalog or a place that has them listed? I have yet to find anything. Would like something around 100c.
