do velocity stacks work for naturally aspirated cars and if so, from experience , what rpm do they seem to be more efficient at in naturally aspirated motors

From my understanding, they need to be tuned to maximize power where you want it. Sort of line intake manifold helmholtz tuning. Longer or shorter stacks maximize different rpm ranges.
