How about your MoTeC dealer? That is part of what you paid for -- their support!
David is correct, the MoTeC Dealer that sold the PDM to you should be your first contact for assistance in configuring the PDM.
It would also help if you say what/where you're having a problem? What it's being used on, etc.
I assume you have the documentation for it already?
Have you tried the PDM course?
There are also some videos on the Motec site.
