Hi all, just about finished re wiring a classic car with an ecumaster pmu-16, using the vehicles factory mechanical switches/knobs/buttons for low side switch functions.

Is there a way to add a second analog voltage input channel to the wiper module for a second speed? or will i need to add a resistor on the second switch position and treat it as a rotary switch with a single input?

The latter is not difficult obviously, but i have some free input channels and the wire run to the pmu already so a software solution would be ideal, Cheers.

The wiper module seems to be designed to use a rotary switch with multiple states to set the multiple swipes option.

There shouldn't be any reason why you can't get creative with a table to use two inputs to generate a single output channel then use this to set the multiple swipes state.

If you upload your PMU config it will be easier for someone to help you out.

Thanks for confirming, i will treat it as a rotary switch input with a resistor then, cheers.

Create a table with one axis as low speed switch and the other as high speed switch, both 0-1. Output from the table would be 1 when the low switch is active and high is not, and output 2 when high active and low not. Then use these values in the wiper module.
