I am using efi live for a 2015 Cummins and under turbo calibration there is Air charge reference A or B Base kg/min . I am not familiar with the what kg/min is. And also cannot find the boost pressure base with psi units. Is this where i would increase my boost. For reference at 0 lb-ft and 600 rpm the number given in base b is 1.789.
On a Cummins there are no desired boost tables. Reference B is the desired mass airflow which is used instead of a desired boost number (like in the Dmax). Reference A is a multiplier to determine how much of the total airflow is to come from the EGR system. Kg/min is just the units for mass airflow. You can convert to lbs/min or g/second using google unit conversions.
If you want to request higher 'boost' you'd work in the Reference B table so long as the turbo is running between it's minimum and maximum vane position tables.
Hope this helps,
Nick
