When adjusting maps for larger injectors and rescaling, do you just input and blend/smooth between data points from the flow sheet provided by the injector company?

Usually that works well at high load. It's the low pressure, short duration stuff that might need a little more attention.

Normally When we want a larger Injector. We search for same category injector like BOSCH or DENSO, and search for cars that has same injector category like EURO4 EURO5 EURO6. Also select same injection angle. After that We open the MAPS of those car and look for same Injection quantity @ Same Rail Pressure. IF the new car has lower duration for same IQ. We want to use that Injector for our Projects. I did not see any useful information other than that. There is no good injector flow sheet provided from injector companies.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
