Alientech and Dimsport both have tools to read/flash amongst others in the market. To edit my guess is OLS would be preferred with a map pack from one the Eu suppliers.

Get AutoTuner and WinOls. Then buy from reseler database in OLS. Alot of mappacks.
Normal price from 50-200euro for mappacks.
