What's the method to tune the startup cells in the fuel map? I have it tuned at high vacuum at warm idle, but I can't figure how to tune the low vacuum and low rpm at initial startup so I can interpolate from the two points. I believe that area is causing my engine to stall quickly at startup of a cold engine.

Generally those start up zones (0-500rpm and 100kpa 60kpa ish) don't really get used/don't have to be super accurate.

Mainly since you have crank enrichment, crank enrichment hold and decay into post start enrichment then into warm up.

By the time the engine starts and is idling in your normal idle zones you will be leaving the crank enrichment mode and into post start.

What I generally do though is tune my idle zones (usually around 750-1000rpm) when the engine is warmed up then extrapolate that down to 0 rpm and also make some educated guesses.

I have attached a screen shot of a fuel map so you can see what I mean. This car starts and idles perfect no matter what the temp

Very helpful, thank you. I didn't think about extrapolating.
