Hello,

In the road tuning table configuration video, it is mentioned that base ignition tables are provided for this course from years of experience and from studying OEM base tables. Having a little trouble locating these ignition tables in the course material. Can someone help me out here? Thank you.

Jose G.

You can find the base ignition map that's referenced as an attachment on this module - https://www.hpacademy.com/dashboard/courses/road-tuning/base-table-configuration-ignition-table-configuration

Thank you Andre. That was exactly what is was looking for.

I understand this is a known good base starting point to fine tune the ignition tables. My next question is, what type of fuel octane rating (equivalent) were these ignition tables developed from? I know in the US we use (R+M) octane ratings that are typically 4-6 points lower than overseas RON ratings.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
