Hello,

I'm still learning but decided to stick a bore gauge down my RB26 block and get some measurements and mic the piston skirts. I'm trying to find information about the RB26 oem piston / bore clearance. Does anyone have easy access to that info?

Also, how do these numbers look? I know I forgot to write down a couple on cylinder 6. I'm going to go back through and recalibrate my micrometer, then re-zero the bore gauge and check all these again today.

Thanks in advance

the factory clearance is pretty large in a standard form with anywhere from .0035 to .005 tho being acceptable i personally like to run them a little tighter when reboring using std oversize cast pistons ( i like to see .003 -.0035 )

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
