How do you recommend the battery supply power protection for the "30" terminals of system control relays be calculated. Add up all the current for the components and size the fuse at say 60amp? This would assume that all components are drawing their maximum current load? This seems very high to me and it would be unlikely that current draw would get high enough to blow a 60amp fuse, except in the case of a catastrophic short circuit of some sort.

Hi David, Are you referring to putting one fuse on the main power supply for all the relays? You may have one fuse on the main relay supply(terminal 30), but this will not be the fuse for all loads. Each circuit should have its own separate fuse before the load. This fuse will be rated for the current draw for that load. I hope that answered your question.
