does large powersupply wire(pump,fan, etc)should include in layer of harness or saperate from mian harness
It can be done either way. I tend to make a Power Harness, and a Data / Comms Harness. And having produced lots of harnesses over the last 20+ years, other than repairing a concentric twist harness, I've never needed to make one from scratch, and I've done quite a few motorsports and high-end harnesses.
