Discussion and questions related to the course Practical Motorsport Wiring - Club Level
You take the length of the branch and subtract the diameter from the length to leave room on each side for the branch, which makes sense ( ~25mm in this case). However, you then position the heat shrink 25mm from the branch point on one end. Would this not now make the other side ~12mm too far over?
I'll have a watch later on and see, but you want to end up placing the sheathing in the middle of the main branch. Its possible I said moving it 25mm, where I meant 12.5mm.
Okay, that's what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. :)
