Iam working on a isuzu D40 and engine ran out of engine oil due to leakage. Engine ignition on but can't start ,no crank. I woulder if there is a sensor signal to ECU
Have you rebuilt the engine/confirmed it isn't seized?
If the engine can be turned over by hand, with a wrench/socket on the crankshaft, I'd double check the starter solinoid wire is correctly fitted - oh, AND the engine to chassis/battery cable was correctly re-fitted, if the engine was removed.
