I am in the early stages of wiring up a 2015 Ford 3.7 V6 on a Haltech Elite. I purchased there universal premium harness and also have the Ford engine harness for parts. I'd like to avoid butt splicing all the wires but cant find a reliable source for replacement un-crimped terminal ends. Does anyone know a place? I have all the connector housings so don't want buy them all.

You'l save a heap of cash if you can re-use the connector bodies for sure! Have you tried with Ford themselves? You might find they are available as a repair part. If not, throw up some good, detailed pictures of the existing pins and connector bodies and we'll try to help with identifying them :-).

Ford really only wants to sell pigtails. I use two of the pigtails on my Mazda MZR harnesses. This document is invaluable at finding the correct pigtail. Once you have the number (like WPT-990 used on the Mazda Cam Position Sensor, and WPT-349 used on the VVT solenoid), you can find them lots of places -- cheapest seems to be Rock Auto or Amazon.
