hello, can we use a DTM Serie connector in order to make an interconnection on the TPS circuit without this being able to distort the signal?

Yes, additional connector can be used with TPS (and most other sensors).
The one you have to be careful with is a thermocouple. They require special connectors matched to wire material so that an additional thermocouple junction isn't created.
