Video will not play on my phone
OK, what make and model 'phone, what OS and version, what app' are you using and version*, is it a particular video or are all affected, are you logged in, etc.
It's usually just a setting, but you've provided NO information that would help to fix your problem.
*Some just won't play some video files.
It has been several days, are you still having a problem, or did you find the 'fix'?
Hey Josh, fire us an email if you're still struggling to get this or any module to play and we'll get you sorted. There can be a few small, fixable issues that stop course modules from workng for individuals.
