I calculated a spreadsheet this afternoon after I posted in the other threads. It is a little bit more involved (it has petrol, flexfuel, diesel, methanol, and LPG), if anyone finds mistakes please feel free to let me know and I'll fix them up.
I will probably rewrite it in a proper chart format to make it easier to read.
