Do you mean how would you tune the vehicle to pass emissions? First thing would be to check if you need the/a catalytic converter in the system, which is a virtual certainty, the next thing would be to check exactly what the WoF emissions test proceedure is and do what is required to match it.
That engine doesn't do what you're talking about in stock form, so I'd focus on other areas of calibration optimization, such as ensuring lambda 1 is maintained until component protection is required at higher loads.
