Regarding content found on "Full load N/A - Transition F/I" of your AFR course.

Questions: What is "high load" referring to?

Context:

F/I AFR Maps will have transition areas around 100 KPA at part throttle but this does not mean the engine is experiencing a "High Load".

But in N/A AFR maps, this same area is relatively at the same KPA but considered high load.

"This is just one instance where we can see that manifold pressure doesn’t always correlate directly to the amount of load on the engine."

high load is generally over 80 percent throttle and between 85 kpa and 100 kpa on na engines

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
