Hello,

In Webinar 251 you talk about a problem with the Subaru fuel system and the 2 tables that are used to compensate this. When you first introduce the tables you mention there is a modification to fix this and then the tables can be zeroed. Would this be parallel fuel rails and external FPR or something else?

Thanks for your time

Martyn

Hi Martyn, it's a little more than just parallel fuel rails. What you need is also some way of damping out the oscillations which can be helped by using a rubber hose. The location of the MAP source for the FPR also needs to be moved to the centre of the plenum rather than a single runner. You could develop your own solution but Cobb have a proven kit of parts for this application so it may be easier than trying to reinvent the wheel.

I will have a look into the Cobb solution. Thanks for taking the time to replay Andre. Your videos and training courses are really excellent. It shows you take great pride in what you all do at HPA.
