Hi, how to calculate load in % like it is in Bosch ME7, ME(D)9, ME(D)17, MG1 series?

I know my aftermarket turbo limits but don't know what load request i need to ask not to low and not above mi hardware limit.

Thank you for advice

Jan,

Starting with low requests and slowly working your way up, while logging manifold pressure, throttle behavior, will help build an understanding of how load percent relates to actual load on the engine, without encountering dangerous conditions.

Ok, thank you. I have some work to do :D

Not sure about Bosch but Mitsubishi calculates load as a percentage of actual air mass entering the cylinder devided by theoretical mass of air that would occupy the displacement of the same cylinder under standard conditions (0 percent humidity, 0 degrees C temperature, 1 Bar of atmospheric pressure).

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
