Being you were able to see power graph for each 10* cam timing and were able to determine the best cam angle to run at through the rpm range, how would you do so if this was a road tune? Monitor camcnd and watch knock to determine best possible cam angle?
Unfortunately it's not possible to optimise cam timing on the road. The changes are too subtle for you to be able to do a good job. You really need the power and torque feedback of the dyno.
