Moving a car from Cobb to Ecutek. Does anyone have the 0-5v scale output so I can scale it as an input?
I looked through my sensor cals and don't have it. Thank you
Are you sure the Ethanol sensor produces an analog voltage? I thought Cobb used the GM/Continental sensor which provides a digital PWM signal. I think the frequency has the Ethanol percentage (50hz = 0%, 150hz = 100%, other frequencies are diagnostics), and the duty cycle represents the fuel temperature (sorry I don't have any calibration info)
The sensor itself yes produces a digital frequency signal which is 50-150hz, however, the COBB device converts that to a 0-5v for use with the TGV inputs on the OEM ECU. I just need the scale for that.
Thanks
I think I found it its 0.5v = 0% and 4.5v = 100%. Hopefully that helps someone at some point.
