Hi folks

I've got a 2006 chrysler 300 5.7. I rebuilt the motor and put a small cam into it. The problem I'm having now is at cruise speeds 50 to 60 kph (30 to 40 mph) the car picks up speed, and you have to keep touching the break to bring it back down to desired speed. Other than this it runs well, and suggestions would be appreciated thank you

That's usually due to a too fast hot idle - an air leak or the throttle not closing properly are common causes.

thank you for the suggestion. I will try that out and let you know what I find out

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
