Hi does anyone have a lead on where I can find someone who can write me XML files for ECU Flash?

I am interesting in tuning the 2008+ non turbo series of Mitsubishi Lancers and I'm struggling to find someone with the knowledge and is trust worthy who can write me the definition files.

Any help with be appreciated,
