My twin turbo kit cam with AUS injection 850cc injectors and a base tune that should have the proper injector data. These injectors dont come with the handy excel table like the ids but they came with a piece of paper with the data. After looking at the tune and the values in the tune I see some discrepancies between the provided injector data and the data in the tune file. One difference I noticed was in the Flow Rate vs Press table. The values is my table don't seem to line up with the supplied data. They do not share all of the same break points but you can see its off. An example is in my tune at 2.9 bar the flow is at 71.8lb/hr and at 3.1 bar the flow is 74.9lb/hr. On my injector sheet at 3 bar the flow rate says 81lb/hr. Am I looking at the data correctly? Ive attached my stock injector tune, current tune, and a picture of the injector data. Could someone take a look at this please?

Unfortunately there is no easy answer to your problem. The required injector characterisation data for an OE application such as GM goes a lot deeper than just flow and offset. In particular the GM PCM also includes a short pulse width adder table that you have no way of filling in based on the data you have. Admittedly you could rightly expect the flow vs pressure to match your values but it really comes down to what was done with the original calibration in order to use these injectors.

Having a look at the data in the new calibration, I'd be suspicious of how 'real' it is. For example if you view the flow vs pressure table for the stock and new injectors as a 2D graph you'll see how irregular your new data looks - Not what you would rightly expect. Ultimately if the new injector data is correct, you should find that the STFT/LTFT end up very close to zero. You can of course fudge incorrect injector data by adjusting the numbers in the SD table, however it does end up making the job of tuning a little more involved.

Ultimately your only easy solution would be to purchase a set of injectors with charaterisation data in GM format that can be dragged and dropped into the respective tables. Given the expense, that may not be too appealing. You could translate your flow data into the required GM format, however that's not going to help you with the short pulse width adder table or specifically with the offset table.
