I have some SEP 1000 Long injectors and having some issues plugging in the data as the data doesn't completely correlate to the ecm data.
Attaching the Injector data and Editor Tune file
Can the injector supplier help?
Greg Branish (CalibratedSuccess.com) has a new injector test bench that can produce the exact tables needed for your flash tune from your injectors.

He offers this service for about $400 to test a sample injector. Your supplier should be using this service (or buy the test bench and do it themselves) to provide the data you need.

I've had them bench bled and I have the charts in my email already. I'm just having issues transferring the data over and a little confused, I can forward one of the injector data and the modifications I've made to the tune thus far. The "SEP_1000" files has the bench flow test and also the plug in data. i used the one i thought best matched my ecm data which was the "early ls7" data but not sure if I did correctly.
I think the table "Short Pulse Adder", needs to be filled with the upper Short Pulse Correction from your spreadsheet. The reason it doesn' look the same is HP Tuners is only displaying 1 decimal point for the breakpoints in the table. It has the same number of cells and range, so I just pasted the 0-2ms data into the table in your tune.
The Offset table needs to go into "Offset vs. Pressure vs. IGNV" (long name is Injector Offset vs. Delta Pressure vs. IGNV). This has the exact same breakpoints. I copied and pasted this data into your tune. -- looks like you must have already done that is its the exact same data.
Here is the file with modifications.
Cool thank you, I thought something was a little odd. I see you basically where it says "pulse wid" and nog below where it said "adder". I also have the turbo in as I'm waiting on a scavenger pump. Then I'll probably fired it up and see what happens. Might even pull turbo off and fire it up to test the new gm 12592525 map and injectors. I tried the map once and car wouldn't start but I made these changes and hoping this solves that. I attached pictures.
Well, I'm hoping this is answering my question. Because I'm in the same boat. I have an E38 ECM.4.8 sep.1000 cc injectors 78/79 turbo I'm having trouble putting the injector data in.
