What exactly is the vehicle? Using the VIN seems to give some conflicting details, depending on the application used to decode it?

i used hp tuner. Before i took it to tuner shop to tune it and after that i return it to stock tune by the way he used hp tuners
Do you have the Scanner application open? You can only read an ECU/PCM from the Editor if the Scanner is not connected to it.
