Can a richer AFR be used to eliminate knock in order to gain power? Example: 3rd ramp run is when knock is detected with a 2 degree advance in the timing table. AFR is 12.8:1 WOT. Could adjusting the AFR to 12.7 or 12.6:1 eliminate knock? Would this enrichment gain or lose power?

Sure some extra fuel can help lowering temperature in combustion chamber thus remove knock to some extend but how much more is the subject to each particular application. Fuel octane rating is also very important and might be helpful if increased.
